Behind every service I offer is a combination of two pillars—education and experience—working together to bring clients a level of precision, insight, and care they can trust. My journey through higher education and my professional career hasn’t been a straight line—it’s been a deliberate path that built the skills and knowledge I use every day for my clients.

It Started with Military Discipline and Legal Training
My professional roots began in the U.S. Army, where I earned my initial paralegal education through the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG). This wasn’t just classroom instruction—it was hands-on legal work in high-stakes, fast-paced environments, including supporting high-profile military justice cases involving sexual assault, child abuse, and homicide. That foundation taught me two things: attention to detail can save a case, and adaptability is non-negotiable.
Pursuing Academic Excellence
After my military service, I continued to grow my knowledge through formal education:
Associate of Arts in General Studies – University of Management and Technology (2013)
Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice – UMT (2016)
Master of Science in Criminal Justice: Forensic Psychology – Liberty University (2020) – Graduated with Honors, 3.91 GPA
Doctor of Education in Community Care & Counseling: Traumatology (ABD) – Liberty University (2024)
Each degree added another layer to my skill set—from broad-based critical thinking to specialized insight into trauma’s role in legal and community contexts. My academic focus on forensic psychology and traumatology allows me to work with empathy and precision, particularly in sensitive matters where both the legal and human elements must be balanced.
Experience That Brings Knowledge to Life
While education provided the theory, my 18+ years of experience have brought those lessons into practice:
Managing litigation and contracts with confidentiality and compliance at the forefront
Creating efficient document systems that streamline complex cases
Supporting survivors and navigating sensitive interviews with compassion and professionalism
Coordinating with attorneys, judges, and stakeholders to achieve efficient, accurate outcomes
Every role—from Senior Paralegal in law firms, to Deputy Magistrate, to Contract Coordinator in education—has built my ability to anticipate client needs and find solutions quickly.
Why This Matters for My Clients
This blend of formal education and hands-on experience means I can:
Approach each project with strategic insight and legal accuracy
Communicate with clarity and translate complex processes into understandable steps
Bring structure, order, and empathy to even the most challenging situations
When clients work with McLamb Consulting & Support, they’re not just getting someone who knows the process—they’re getting someone who understands the why behind it, and who has the skill to execute it with care.
