1. How do I book a service?

All new clients begin with a Consultation ($30). Consultations are the only service that can be booked directly online. This gives us time to discuss your needs and determine the best support option for you.

2. What happens after my consultation?

After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized quote, recommended service option, or next-step plan based on your goals. If you move forward within 30 days, your consultation fee may be credited toward your service total.

3. Do you offer ongoing support options?

Yes. We offer flexible support options for clients who need continued assistance:

• Business Support Monthly – ongoing administrative or document support

• Resume & Career Package – ideal for job seekers needing polished career documents

• Paralegal Support Retainer – ongoing support for attorneys or firms

Custom solutions are also available based on your needs.

4. Do you charge setup fees?

At this time, standard setup fees are currently being waived for most clients. If a project requires significant onboarding, file reconstruction, or special administrative preparation, any applicable fee would always be discussed in advance.

5. Are your services considered legal advice?

No. McLamb Consulting & Support provides non-attorney administrative, document, resume, and paralegal support services only. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or act as counsel.

6. What is your refund policy?

Because services are time-based and often customized, all sales are generally final once work has begun. In limited circumstances, unused credits may be applied toward future services at the discretion of McLamb Consulting & Support.

7. Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?

Yes. Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment at no additional charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, missed appointments, or no-shows are non-refundable.

8. How do monthly plans work?

Subscription plans renew automatically each month on the original purchase date unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Included service hours reset monthly and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
