You’ll receive a personalized quote or service recommendation based on your goals. If you decide to move forward, your consultation fee is credited toward your total service cost within 30 days.

Yes! We offer flexible pricing plans:

• Business Support Monthly ($100/month) for ongoing admin or document help

• Resume & Career Package ($120 bundle) for job-seekers

• Paralegal Support Retainer ($250/month) for attorneys or firms

A Client File Setup Fee applies to all clients. This one-time administrative fee covers account creation, file organization, and onboarding preparation.

No. McLamb Consulting & Support provides non-attorney administrative, document, and paralegal support only. We do not offer legal advice, legal representation, or act as counsel.

All sales are final once services have begun. In limited cases, unused credits may be applied toward future services at the discretion of McLamb Consulting & Support.

Yes — you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Subscription plans renew automatically on your purchase date each month. You may cancel before the next billing cycle. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.
