I'm Amber M. McLamb, founder of McLamb Consulting & Support, a Georgia-based business specializing in document preparation, administrative assistance, résumé and career services, and non-attorney paralegal support.
My professional foundation was built in the United States Army, where I served as a paralegal from 2008 to 2019. During those years, I developed more than technical legal skills. I learned the importance of accountability, confidentiality, precision, and advocating for people navigating complex and often difficult circumstances.
My military career took me through various legal environments, from military justice and special victims matters to administrative and operational support. Those experiences shaped my approach to professionalism and reinforced a principle I still carry today: the details matter, but so do the people behind them.
After transitioning from military service, I continued my career as a civilian paralegal, expanding my experience in family law, legal administration, litigation support, and special education law. Along the way, I recognized that the skills I'd spent years developing could also benefit individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations needing dependable professional assistance.
In July 2023, I established I AM Paralegal Services, LLC, doing business as McLamb Consulting & Support, to bring that experience into a more personalized consulting environment.
Today, I continue working in the legal profession while operating my business independently. Whether I'm helping someone strengthen their résumé, organize important documents, or streamline administrative processes, I bring the same dedication to accuracy, integrity, and service that has guided me throughout my career.

I strive to make document preparation, administrative responsibilities, career development, and non-attorney paralegal services more accessible and less overwhelming for the individuals, businesses, and legal professionals I serve.
My years as a military and civilian paralegal taught me that professionalism extends beyond completing a task accurately. It means listening, communicating clearly, respecting confidentiality, and recognizing that every document, project, and decision involves a person with unique needs and circumstances.

I believe professional growth is a continuous process. Throughout my military and civilian careers, I've remained committed to expanding my knowledge, strengthening my skills, and applying what I've learned to better serve the individuals and organizations I work with.
My educational background includes graduate studies in forensic psychology and traumatology, along with degrees in criminal justice and formal paralegal training. These experiences complement my practical legal and administrative background, reinforcing my approach to professionalism, communication, and compassionate service.
