Welcome to McLamb Consulting & Support.
Our goal is to provide accessible, professional support while maintaining transparency and consistency across all services.
Consultations
All new clients begin with a $30 Consultation to discuss goals, needs, and next steps. This fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward a booked service within 30 days.
Consultations are the only bookable service online.
Service Requests
All other services—including Document Solutions, Business Support, Resume & Career Services, and Paralegal Support—are handled by quote or through one of our available Pricing Plans.
Pricing Plans
We currently offer:

Business Support Monthly – $100/month

Resume & Career Package – $120 (10-day plan)

Paralegal Support Retainer – $250/month
Each client is charged a one-time $25 Client File Setup Fee for administrative onboarding.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal.
Refund Policy
All sales are final once services have begun.
In limited cases, unused credits may be applied toward future services at the discretion of McLamb Consulting & Support.
Confidentiality & Non-Attorney Disclaimer
All client information is treated as confidential and handled with discretion.
McLamb Consulting & Support provides non-attorney administrative, paralegal, and document support only.
We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or act as legal counsel.
