McLamb Consulting & Support values professionalism, transparency, and client satisfaction. Due to the time, preparation, and individualized nature of consulting and administrative services, the following refund policy applies.

Consultations

Consultation fees, when applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If a consultation must be canceled or rescheduled, reasonable notice is appreciated. Approved cancellations made prior to the scheduled consultation may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.

Service Payments

Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Because many services involve time-sensitive work, research, document preparation, editing, or administrative support, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun or services have been delivered.

Project-Based Services

For larger or ongoing projects:

• Deposits or partial payments may be required before work begins

• Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable

• Any unused portion of prepaid services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital products and electronic document delivery, digital files and completed documents are non-refundable once delivered to the client.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing submitted information, drafts, and completed documents for accuracy before use or submission.

McLamb Consulting & Support is not responsible for outcomes related to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client.

Service Refusal & Cancellation

McLamb Consulting & Support reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for:

• Nonpayment

• Abusive or inappropriate conduct

• Misuse of services

• Requests outside the scope of permitted services

• Conflicts that prevent professional continuation of services

If services are discontinued by McLamb Consulting & Support, any refund consideration will be determined based on work completed and circumstances involved.
