Refund Policy

At McLamb Consulting & Support, we value transparency and fairness in all client relationships. Because each service involves customized time and preparation, all sales are considered final once work begins.

Consultations

• The $30 Consultation Fee is non-refundable.

• You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Service Packages & Pricing Plans

• All purchases are final once work or communication has begun.

• In limited cases, unused credits may be applied toward a future service at the discretion of McLamb Consulting & Support.

• Package clients (such as the Resume & Career Package) must submit required materials within the stated timeframe to avoid forfeiture.

Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions (such as Business Support Monthly and Paralegal Support Retainer) are billed automatically each month on the purchase date.

• Clients may cancel their plan prior to the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

• Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

Administrative Setup Fee

• The one-time $25 Client File Setup Fee is non-refundable once onboarding begins.

Refund Exceptions

• Refunds may be granted only in the event of duplicate payments or billing errors verified by McLamb Consulting & Support.
