Service Description
Schedule a one-on-one consultation to discuss your specific needs, goals, and the services that best fit your situation. Whether you’re seeking assistance with document preparation, business support, career services, or paralegal tasks (non-attorney), this session provides clarity and direction before moving forward. This consultation is designed to be an affordable first step for all McLamb Consulting & Support clients. It includes: - A review of your service goals and priorities - Guidance on next steps and service options - Answers to general questions about the process Note: This consultation does not include a detailed project overview or work review. If you would like a full service overview or file review, please select the Service Overview Session instead. The consultation fee will be applied to any future services booked.
Cancellation Policy
📌 Consultation Booking Policy Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked in advance. Full payment of $30 is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. This fee is non-refundable, but may be credited toward future services booked within 30 days of your consultation. Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend without notice, a $30 cancellation fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward future services. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Sessions rescheduled more than once may require a new booking and payment. Consultation Credit If you decide to move forward with services after your consultation, your initial consultation fee (excluding any cancellation or no-show fees) will be credited toward your total service cost, if booked within 30 days. Service Overviews If you would like a detailed project or service overview, please book the Service Overview Session (available separately). Be Prepared To make the most of your consultation, please have any relevant documents, notes, or questions ready at the time of your session.
