Service Description
A consultation is designed to help me understand your needs, discuss available options, and determine the best path forward. During your consultation, we may discuss: • Your current needs or challenges • Services that best fit your situation • Project scope, timeline, and expectations • Questions about the process • Whether we’re the right fit to work together Consultations are conducted remotely via phone or secure video conference. Please note: Consultation fees cover professional time and expertise and are non-refundable. Scheduling a consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship, and McLamb Consulting & Support does not provide legal advice or legal representation. All consultation requests are reviewed prior to approval.
Cancellation Policy
📌 Consultation Booking Policy Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked in advance. Full payment of $30 is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. This fee is non-refundable, but may be credited toward future services booked within 30 days of your consultation. Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend without notice, a $30 cancellation fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward future services. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Sessions rescheduled more than once may require a new booking and payment. Consultation Credit If you decide to move forward with services after your consultation, your initial consultation fee (excluding any cancellation or no-show fees) will be credited toward your total service cost, if booked within 30 days. Service Overviews If you would like a detailed project or service overview, please book the Service Overview Session (available separately). Be Prepared To make the most of your consultation, please have any relevant documents, notes, or questions ready at the time of your session.
