Story
McLamb Consulting & Support was established as a natural evolution of one woman’s journey through law, leadership, and service. Originally launched as I A.M. Paralegal Services, LLC, the business was founded by Amber McLamb, a seasoned legal professional and U.S. Army veteran with over 15 years of experience in military law, government contracting, and administrative operations.

Amber began her career in the U.S. Army, where she served with distinction as a Paralegal Noncommissioned Officer, attaining the rank of Sergeant First Class before her medical separation in 2019. During her military service, she worked on complex and high-profile cases, including U.S. v. Bradley Manning, and held critical roles within Special Victim Prosecution (SVP) and operational legal teams. Her work required precision, discretion, and the ability to navigate emotionally intense and legally sensitive situations—skills that would become the foundation of her civilian career.

Following her military service, Amber brought her expertise to the public sector as a Contract Coordinator for the Office of General Counsel at a government agency, where she focused on special education settlements. She also served as a Deputy Magistrate Court Clerk, further deepening her understanding of judicial process, negotiation, and public service.
As client needs began to expand beyond strictly legal support, Amber recognized the opportunity to rebrand and broaden her offerings. Thus, McLamb Consulting & Support was born—a name that reflects her personal legacy, professional growth, and commitment to helping others succeed.

Amber is an experienced paralegal, administrative consultant, and the founder of McLamb Consulting & Support. With a background rooted in legal operations, military service, and strategic business support, Amber brings over 15 years of combined expertise to individuals, professionals, and small business owners.​ As a proud U.S. Army veteran and active paralegal, Amber has worked on high-profile cases, supported law firms and organizations across multiple jurisdictions, and developed a reputation for precision, discretion, and results. Her consulting services reflect that same standard—offering real-world solutions in document management, administrative systems, and career development.​
Amber created McLamb Consulting & Support to offer a bridge between legal structure and everyday business strategy.
